about the project
Dapper Labs is a blockchain technology company building consumer-facing digital experiences and platforms at the intersection of sports, entertainment, and Web3, partnering with major global leagues and brands.
Following Athlete Studioโs acquisition by Dapper Labs, the team continued operating as a dedicated group within the organization and expanded its work to support NFL and NBA team initiatives.
As a Product Designer, I designed in-arena fan engagement experiences, including large-scale jumbotron visuals and Pack Drop landing pages. I also upgraded personal websites for participating NFT athletes, tailoring each experience to their individual brand and NFT integrations. In addition, I created 3D NFT assets and promotional 3D videos for athletes across the NFL and NBA, and produced advertising and promotional materials across both digital and physical touchpoints in close collaboration with the marketing team to support campaign goals.
I also led the design of an internal marketplace CMS for athletes, taking it from concept to production by defining user flows, UI, interactive prototypes, and demos in collaboration with engineering.

in-arena fan engagement
I designed in-arena fan engagement experiences, including large-scale jumbotron visuals and Pack Drop landing pages, supporting events and teams such as NBA All-Star, NBA Paris (Zach LaVine & Cade Cunningham), the Portland Trail Blazers, and the Sacramento Kings. Also included NFT 3D models, rendering, and promotional videos.

The Portland Trail Blazers In-Arena Experience
I designed the visual and interaction system for the Portland Trail Blazersโ in-arena Pack Drop, focusing on clarity and speed in a high-attention environment. Large-scale jumbotron visuals used bold typography, high-contrast layouts, and simplified motion to keep the QR code instantly scannable throughout the arena.
I designed a custom Pack Drop landing page within The Studio, Athlete Studioโs CMS platform, ensuring visual continuity from in-venue screens to mobile. The mobile-first layout emphasized clear hierarchy, minimal steps, and fast feedback to help fans scan, sign up, and claim their digital collectible with ease.


Athlete Page & Athelete Market CMS
I upgraded personal websites for participating NFT athletes, tailoring each experience to their individual brand and NFT integrations. I worked closely with 3D artists and engineering to ensure visual consistency across web, NFT assets, and promotional content.
I also led the design of an internal athlete marketplace CMS, a communication platform connecting The Studio and athletes. The app allows athletes to set website style preferences, submit requests, and track updates in real time, while The Studio can manage changes and deliver updates efficiently. Athletes can also request both physical merchandise and virtual NFT products, with the entire design, review, and feedback process centralized within the platform. My role focused on defining user flows, UI, interactive prototypes, and demos.
